The College’s Heritage Centre consists of the Dun's Library, the archive, the hertiage collections and the genealogical collections. It is situated within the College’s magnificent home at No. 6 Kildare Street, Dublin. The Heritage Centre is open from 9.30am to 1.00pm, and 2.00pm to 4.30pm on Monday to Friday, by appointment only.

Visitors to the Heritage Centre may conduct reading and research projects on the book and archive collections. The archivist also has a catalogue of portraits, paintings and artefacts which can be viewed in the library.


A project to catalouge the entire library collection, to be made available electronically and searchable by author, title, or key word. The Online Catalogue containing detials of the nealry 9,000 volumes catalogued so far can be access here.

The College has just completed a 21 month Wellcome Trust funded project to create a full online catalogue of it's archival holdings. The 28 collections held by the archive are now fully catalogued and can be searched using the archive's online catalogue, collection lists containing the same information can also be downloaded from the archive's webpage.
